N.Y. Civil code section 230(j) time limitations needs to be changed, all that law does is protect the criminal. Robert Thomas O'Brien, son of William & Ada O'Brien, with many brothers and sisters, was born 1-13-1898; died 2-05-1964, as I was told, details unknown, such as where is/was his final resting place? Who killed him?  Dr. Kenneth Howard Eckhert Sr. M.D. NY 030423 licensed, born 12-25-1910, died 11-26-1999 possibly in the same hospital, about Thanksgiving Day . Lloyd Overfield died 11-29-2001. Both names appeared in death listings of the Buffalo News. Eckhert Sr. M.D. was Dr. Howard Clifford Lehman's right hand man, as noted signatures on bottom line of microfilmed operative records, right and left, left being referred by, right being-surgeon. Those microfilmed hospital records are deleted after 10 years. Dr. Lehman & Eckhert Sr. M.D. lived each in two different houses, each with his own respective wife, each inside two Renaissance Rd. addresses of Clarence Center, N.Y. for too many years.
