Kaleida Health;Incident#81339HXX-31462XHH

I emailed a two page Deaconess Hospital, Buffalo, N.Y. operative record original scanned copy dated about March 17, 1971 and several pages of criticism that I typed, including license numbers of doctors or their lack of to:

Howard C. Lehman, M.D. of Williamsville, N.Y. is reportedly deceased. I learned of his death courtesy of the United States Postal service after mail restricted delivery, return receipt requested, was returned to me, summer of 2010. I was trying to compel him to have produced a paper that my mother would obviously retroactively sign and date, now- summer of 2010-  regarding the surgery that I underwent as a minor, probably March 12-16, 1971. A parent or guardian is normally compelled to put in writing a permit to allow for his son to be operated upon, before or after, the son being a minor !

H2O_      ...there are two H 's for every O  in the formula H2O , i.e. - that is one molecule of pure water, default '1' not appearing before to the left of the H in H2O, however, if > one molecules  then the number appears. Again, similarly, although not showing as it should as a subscript impossible at this keyboard and also superfluous because '1' is granted by the appearance of the O, the "1" does not appear to the right lower side of the "O" because there is only one element of 'O' per two elements of "H" in ""1"" molecule of the chemical compound of pure water, hard to find pure in nature, in print appearing as :
_H2O_, '1' not needing to appear! "1" is assumed and therefore omitted.
Pipe layers' and plumbers' labors allow hopefully mostly liquid impure water to pour down through usually from  up a stairway or more first, before descending through valve turned open-taps toward drain covers in a lower place. Remember the aqueducts. I've been accused by some of "not paying my water bills."

  1. Howard C. Lehman, M.D. ,physician license number 044865, evidently was also employed by Amherst Junior High School, 55 Kings Highway, Amherst, N.Y. I attended the Sweet Home School District, a different district but also within Amherst, N.Y. except Dexter Terrace Elementary, a S.H.S. building within the Town of Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150. Lehman passed my exam to enter the University of Buffalo, submitting his doctor paper with my immunization records, etc. summer 1982.
