2 1/2 bikes stolen-minimum. 1970's I owned a Free Spirit that was stolen from garage of 53 Leawood Drive, 14150. The birds flew above and landed around our back yard of 53 Leawood Drive, Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150. My mother's maiden name is "Overfield" and she is alive & well, now residing in her apt. 8, of Amherst, N.Y. 14228. She fed the birds day old bread. The Sparrows, Inc. were especially abundant and thriving!! Our birdhouse, assembled from wood, was attached to a left - back corner of the garage above 7 feet from below the concrete square block 3'X3'X1', surrounded by green grass, outside the garage. There was grass and a tree and a garden in the back yard . There was a front yard with a green painted steel street light pole inserted or attached to the ground. Hatched , newborn birds-the sparrows, inc. - jumped from their cracked eggs from inside the hole, the always open hole of their birdhouse, escaping only to fall, attempting flight, their first, instead of successfully flying the sparrows crash landed below on that concrete block dying on contact.

Replaced at the shop where I purchased the bike, Ray's ( Ray Uschold ) Bikes- 42 years in business, 1730 Niagara Falls Blvd., 14150. His business started 3-01-1975. Fuji Palisade & bike accessories purchased from ray's Bikes was stolen during a break-in of Robert T. O'Brien's rented studio apt. 3 ( I was a tenant ) during January 4-6, 1993, by Richard D. Marks, later a convicted felon, convicted of beating to death with a hammer, Mrs. Maryjane Robb, a mother of one , who was not living with her daughter, was a recovering shooting victim, happened / she was shot/ in Arizona. She was living in Emergency Hostel Service, Transitional Services, Inc., 336 Forest Ave., Buffalo, N.Y. 14213 temporary housing and receiving mental health services, counseling, and medicine under a physician's care. She was also required to commute and show up weekdays, 9:00 - 14:00 Hours at Northwest Community Mental Health Center, 1300 Niagara Street, Buffalo, N.Y. 14213 to be among others and more counseling as well as supervised. I met her there. I received an insurance settlement of maybe or at least $1,500 from Physicians Mutual Insurance Company of Omaha Nebraska after claiming 30 days half benefits as a psychiatric inpatient inside Erie County Medical Center again, however a voluntary admission. Physicians Mutual Insurance Co. eventually declined to renew my insurance probably too risky. I offered to help move her & van of her belongings to 618 Elmwood Ave., #1, 14222. Maryjane Robb became a tenant inside apt. #1, to the right of my rented occupied by me studio apt. 3, inside the three level complex 618 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, N.Y. 14222 since she signed on I believe, during December, 1992. Money orders, two of them, maybe Western Union, I paid, handed to hers, paid for her security deposit & first month's rent, my help . The bike was never replaced by the thief/murderer Richard D. Marks, who was held in prison prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Joeseph Maruzak. Richard D. Marks uncle's, met / seen / heard by me at in the downtown Buffalo , N.Y. courthouse, I learned, were firefighters employed by the city of Buffalo. She was ruled dead about 01/04-06/1993 while I was in the Bahama's on a cruise ship with friend John Orlowski of Forbes Ave. We traveled Delta Airlines.

The mental hygiene emergency room personnel, under orders by Dr. Jong Sung Lee NY110219 doctor license, ordered his nurses /used many glass syringes of Haldol 125 liquid volume measurements, squirted , injected into wrists, as Robert O'Brien laid secured in restraints. He was stripped of clothes and sneakers ripped off. Robert screamed for "WATER!!! loudly " in the seclusion room , others heard. He was thirsty. Denied until hours later, door unlocked. Two cuts to his feat, two drops of blood, a metal key used. Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance discovered cut short his visit to eight days, known or written as Vlll sunrises Roman Numerals, instead of eight months or 240 days, my days were numbered. Reports were doctored to avoid implications of abuse. A reporter claimed that I suffered from sexual problems, unspecific. does that mean that I am a person, a male? Reports , or the medical records were recovered noting Jong Sung Lee M.D. N.Y 110219 phys license, the psychiatrist who called the shots, the injections of liquid Haldol overdosing me intentionally was sought but not found. Who paid his salary? Artane or Trihexyphenidyl tablets were prescribed afterwards along with something else, as Robert T. O'Brien, as noted on hospital record, was deemed allergic to drug Haldol. There was no investigation of prior assaults/surgeries that victim suffered, a short drive to another hospital, 1001 Humboldt Pkwy., 14208, that any doctor may walk into to provide his services, or disservices - assaults with blood loss, etc., some may have been a 'work for hire', signed by the employer doctor-.

Within the last 72 hours, I believe, about noon time, you approached me inside 6525 Rosemead Blvd., Pico Rivera, CA. 90660-3501 and said that you wanted to talk to me in a private room. I asked you about a white tablet/pill that was added to my medications . I had not been informed or told that or know who or what or why this new tablet was added to my pills ? I asked you and you said you would check at the medicine room. I have not heard from you or if you even checked. I asked Mario & ( Heather, no longer employed 11/7/2018 Wednesday edited L.A. Florence Ave Library ) at the front desk for a Pico Rivera Gardens Medication Sheet copy regarding my medicines but was denied. I reiterated that I have a right to know the name of the medicine that I am taking and the name of the person who prescribed it, at which Mario responded, "don't take your medicine".
