"This communication is consistent with  21 CFR  10.85  (K)  and constitutes an informal communication  that represents my best judgment at this time but does not constitute an advisory opinion, does not necessarily represent the formal position of the FDA, and does not bind or otherwise obligate or commit the agency to the views expressed.  This communication is intended for the exclusive use of the recipient(s) named in this correspondence. Orthodontist Melvin I. Hamill DDS 1970s office: 2572 Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150 with regards to his patient, Robert T. O'Brien, paid services by mother Ruth O'Brien, 53 Leawood Drive, Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150. Sweet Home School District graduate -June of 1982. Robert T. O'Brien was treated for an overbite or malocclusion by Melvin Hamill DDS . Melvin Hamill DDS firstly from patient Robert O'Brien acquired impressions from a substance that eventually hardened into a mold, then a mouthpiece device was designed and fitted to correct and straighten teeth.  Mouthpiece device was to be warn by patient during sleep and sometimes awake.  While in his mouth, the device mouthpiece prevented, gagged, or blocked air from entering or leaving by way of his mouth, relying for air exchange exclusively through his nose. Robert O'Brien's mother, Ruth O'Brien,  drove him to and from Melvin I. Hamill's office, paying cash to him there after each visit. Robert was usually returned to classes at 1901 Sweet Home Rd., 14228. Ruth O'Brien was employed by Sweet Home Bus Company. Robert O'Brien has now claimed that unnecessary criminal abdominal surgery of March 15, 1971, caused the malocclusion, and that as a crime victim, his medical care should/ is paid for by the State of N.Y. Crime Victim Witness Assistance Program, and N.Y. State taxpayers should reimburse monies paid by Ruth O'Brien to Melvin Hamill, back to Ruth O'Brien , a resident of zip code 14228, currently 1940-2017,...as a courtesy! Maybe the State of N.Y. should stop his practice's successor from designing installable mouthpieces that prevent air.
I assembled an Estes Model Rocket and installed the model rocket engines column like packed with unignited fuel that solar igniters  two conductor wires alligator clipped spring loaded attached circuited to 6 volt battery power 4 'D' size 1.5 volt batteries held in a plastic 3- D rectangular each positive and negative terminal metal conductor pieced rewired . The solar igniter like match head inserted into bottom of engine  'opening'  when switch depressed the fuel burned forcing the model rocket nose coned topped  off to rise burning the round plate rising straight up the straw circle hole, a guide glued to part of the standard equipment with a metal rod inserted through it a stable wire friction less resistance preventing the model rocket from tipping and shooting at an angle less than 90 degrees a straight up. I  remember one instance on the vacant football field real grass of Ellicott Creek Park nearby Ellicott Creek Road, Town of Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150 myself alone with my hobby equipment purchased from originally  'Toys R US " Amherst, N.Y. shopping district then maybe buying the engines and igniters at  "Kay Bee Toys" . One went up beyond clouds that I pressed ...ignition....liftoff and to my good vision head raised 70 degrees upward did not return according to my sight ? Did it enter orbit?
