October 25, 2008, I was hospitalized into Buffalo General Hospital, Department of Psychiatry, a High Street address. I resided in apartment 2, 1170 Kenmore Ave., Buffalo, N.Y. 14216. Transitional Services, Inc. held the lease to apartment 2, a two bedroom apartment upstairs. The Transitional Services, Inc. office was located corner of Elmwood Ave., at Kenmore Ave., I believe. Kathleen Platek paid the monthly rent in advance. I spoke to a female counselor, inside apt. 2, the usual conversation. Maybe she didn't like the tone of my voice, I don't know. She called, using her private mobile telephone, the Buffalo Police. Police Officer J. Howe rang doorbell 2, 1170 Kenmore Ave., 14216, I answered, I don't recall the exchange of words. However, he called an ambulance. It arrived, later the ambulance bill for services arrived, expensive $ !. I was admitted to Buffalo General Hospital where I remained until transferred 12-08-2008 to Buffalo Psychiatric Center. I remained there until May 31, 2010. My room mate was John Wasberg. I was attending day treatment as required by Transitional Services, Inc. The day treatment was crowded, 1300 Niagara Street, Buffalo, N.Y. 14213. Dr. Frank Noyes psychologist, headed Northwest Community Mental Health Center. Dr. Arvind Ramchandra Samant NY144732license , a psychiatrist, of Williamsville, N.Y. prescribed injections of Fluphenazine 75; with a hypodermic syringe, every two weeks, as well as Trihexyphenidyl tablets . Medicine was held / locked by nurses inside the building. Dr. Jeffery J. Grace NY 163371 license, a psychiatrist, was employed as well by Dr. Noyes inside 1300 Niagara Street as well. I, among others, was at the mercy of the prescribing doctors because there are no limits, as much as I know, as to how many different medicines nor limits as to how high a dose nor limits as to how much liquid injectable drug may choose to prescribe. Unconscious people may be injected with a substance and not know it. Syringes are made of specially treated glass like test tubes, correct? May be more difficult to manufacture. I know that diabetics needed Insulin injections from hypodermic needles. Dr. Jeffery Grace was the top doctor inside Buffalo Psychiatric Center, the state hospital, adjacent to Buffalo State college of Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, N.Y. Kenny Hudson is about my age. He was acquainted with the McKinney family of Sheridan Parkside, 14150. He was employed by a pallet making company. His work was hard and physically demanding. He, I imagine, used hammers, nails, and wood as well as a fork lift. Heavy equipment such as a mobile forklift was needed to move and stack the pallets that trucking companies used to move merchandise into and out of trucks. Kenny Hudson shot a deer illegally on Town of Tonawanda, N.Y. land and wasn't caught. He cleaned/butchered the dead animal for its meat that he plastic bagged and walked home with and abandoned the remaining bones and guts as well as the rifle he used in the killing in the woods, among trees, somewhere near Ensminger Rd. and Sheridan Drive in the poorer parts of zip code 14150, during the 1980s I believe. The trees were cut down - - now no longer there. The woods were cut down and turned into a parking lot for trucks. He would return to try for another deer I'm sure! 1980 s. He was also a fisherman. He was cited at least once by authorities for poaching - taking fish without a permit in the Niagara River below the Peace Bridge.

My father, James M. O'Brien, d.o.b. 4/12/1933, was a practicing Roman Catholic who married Ruth Overfield O'Brien, d.o.b. 2/28/1940, a woman of the Lutheran faith. Her five children were raised Catholic. My father's ancestors were from parts of Europe whose army was probably at war with my mother's ancestor's army. We are born with free will or the ability to think and make decisions.
Timothy McVeigh, a Western New York native, served his country in the armed forces. He received health care services afterwards, whether he initiated the appointment himself or was forced to make the appointment under some mandated requirement . The mandate to see the doctor may not be faulted, however, to see this doctor/surgeon from the same Veteran's Hospital on Bailey Ave., Buffalo, N.Y. 14215 where my father died 4/10/1996, diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and forced to medicate with experimental tablets. James M. O'Brien was shaking , his arms and legs and head, for several days before he died. I noticed as a visitor who brought 24 oz. plastic bottles of chilled Pepsi beverages to him daily. I learned that Timothy McVeigh underwent some medical procedure, experimental in nature, prior to his conviction on conspiracy to bomb the Murray Federal Building with co conspirator Terry Nichols.
Timothy McVeigh was probably put under general anesthesia, enduring a medical procedure in which a foreign object, a computer chip, was surgically implanted in his buttocks. Some newspaper reported it, an unknown newspaper, not The Buffalo News. I learned that Ronald Reagan signed a paper prior to his surgery. Without detailing Tim McVeigh's history or entering the proper context here of his story, I'll leave on the note that he was convicted of conspiring to pack a rented truck with explosives said to be derived of fertilizer with no mention in The Buffalo News of a surgically removed computer chip from his right buttocks.

Some people argue that the fact that I was in a mental hospital regardless of the circumstances surrounding the admission means I'm always mentally ill even if I was wrongly put there. I was admitted. My history can't be changed. They always say that. No ifs, ands, or buts. However, instead of choosing not to fight a diagnosis of mental illness, a few knowingly and unsuccessfully continue to fight it instead of being entertained. Four more years? Does U.S.A incarcerate political opponents? Air outdoors better? Who owns the doors? Who occupies each side of a door? Locked, unopened?
