I remember yelling "water" in the locked seclusion room, 4th floor, department of psychiatry, Erie County Medical Center, 462 Grider Street, Buffalo, N.Y. 14215. Water was not delivered. The door, locked, was unlocked after many uncomfortable hours, and I found an empty Styrofoam, white, cup and filled it with tap water and drank. "Silence is Golden". I was jokingly sounded off uncharacteristically to Dave Collins in passing walking on Forbes Ave., Dave was much younger than me, Dave Collins..laughing, joking, partying, knows about time. Another I said something else, stupidly, uncharacteristic of me, and then I never saw him around. He lifted each foot, one after the other, turning a metal key 360 degrees, the end of the key touching the backs of each foot above the heel, causing a red mark or small round cut oozing maybe a drop of blood. This man looked familiar as maybe an owner/operator of a 7 Eleven retail store. There was a store located corner of Brighton Rd. at Niagara Falls Blvd., 14150. I was pushed restrained until released into a seclusion room locked on the 4th floor, department of psychiatry, 462 Grider Street, Buffalo, N.Y. 14215. Covered by 'Blue Cross Blue Shield' , I was released after 8 days. I was required to attend outpatient mental health counseling sessions. During March of 1984, Jim Cahill, a mental health counselor, referred me to Emergency Hostel Services,Transitional services, Inc. at 336 Forest Ave., Buffalo, N.Y. 14213. I was fired by my employer, McDonald's Restaurant of Amherst, N.Y. near the corner of Maple Rd. and Niagara Falls Blvd. My father drove me in his Oldsmobile Cutlass sedan to the hostel at 336 Forest Ave. where T.S. I. counselor Greg Nuessle said that I needed to be seen/examined by a physician before being admitted as a tenant to T.S.I. My father drove me to a hospital where I was examined and I remember that my father wrote a personal check to pay the physician. It was a high charge that he needed to pay for me being seen by the doctor. There were papers that I needed to sign. After the 21 day stay at Emergency Hostel Service, I owed about $800 to Transitional Services, Inc. for rent and services. I was arrested 4-11-1984 for being a passenger in a stolen car that I didn't know was stolen. I was released 4-12-1984 eventually paying attorney Bruce Kirby $200.
I attended classes in Dexter Terrace Elementary School now called Northtowns Academy. It is located near the intersection of Dexter Terrace Rd. and Forbes Ave., in the Town of Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150. A Dr. Reid was one of the principals or administrators in Sweet Home High school, 1901 Sweet Home Rd., Amherst, N.Y. 14228, first name unknown. I know of a named Dave Reid , a resident in a house addressed near Forbes Ave. & Calvert Ave. 14150. He patronized an attorney, last name of Lawandus, 104 Forbes Ave., Tonawanda, n.Y. 14150. A Dr. Walter was noted on medical reports held in school microfilm records.
I attended the University of Buffalo briefly and did not graduate. Prior to being accepted to attend classes, I was required to see a physician and to submit papers containing health information such as immunization certification. I believe that during July, 1982, I transferred buses as I tripped to Dr. Howard C. Lehman's office located at 155 Summer Street, Buffalo, N.Y. 14222. A young, adolescent female, I recall, was screaming and crying out loud as she must have been an inpatient there already Friday, March 12, 1971. I walked that Garden Pkwy. to see that there was no such house numbered 36 on Garden Pkwy. I learned that a Dr. Kenneth Howard Eckhert Jr. lived at 6254 Old Lake Shore Rd., Lake View, N.Y. 14085. Surgeon Eckhert Sr. operated on my right lower quadrant of my abdomen, leaving a cauterized, laser burned scar. The outer, black Nike sneaker lace appendectomy stitches were cut-removed by someone who used the unconfirmed name of Albert Eric Walter M.D. after my mother drove me to his office maybe a week after the Monday, 03/15/1971 surgery. I don't know the true identity of that individual but I have received reports that my birth doctor Albert E. Walter M.D. N.Y. physician license 024160, date of licensure 06/27/1929, attending physician Sunday, June 21, 1964 , inside Deaconess Hospital, died prior to Friday, March 12, 1971, my second admission to Deaconess Hospital. I was given ( unknown by me what kind ) pills to swallow by a white male nurse who entered a two bed bedroom area the evening before surgery. Water was sipped downing the tablets. I was unaware as to why I was there or that surgery had been planned the next morning. My roommate in the bed to my right was a black young man. I believe that I was wheeled into the operating room the following morning, Monday, March 15, 1971. I was allowed to brush my teeth with toothpaste moments before being put under anesthesia. I was thirsty but denied water except for the water to rinse my mouth after brushing with toothpaste. During surgery there was no intravenous support. I lost blood. Heavy tie chromic suture was used and installed. Dr. Bernard Francis Groh, N.Y. physician license number 046060 was named as the anesthesiologist. Dr. Groh of South Wales, N.Y. died 03/23/2016. I maintain an undeveloped spine. I have a small waist and diminished capacity. Dr. Hamill fitted me with a mouthpiece to be worn when I wasn't talking and during sleep. While the mouthpiece was inserted, breathing including exhaling and inhaling through my mouth was impossible. I relied on my nose exclusively for inhaling and exhaling when using or while the orthodontist teeth straightening mouthpiece was inserted.
My voice changed deeper after the surgery. No permission paper was ever signed by my parent(s), making the surgery illegal. During 1974, president Richard Nixon signed legislation giving Supplemental Security Income benefits to the parents/guardians of disabled children. Robert T. I delivered the Buffalo News probably since I was ten years old until 17 years old. I delivered in central Parkview Triangle. The triangle is what may appear looking down from overhead. A virtual triangle is formed from Ellicott Creek Rd. , Niagara Falls Blvd., and the elevated railroad tracks upon a hill that seem to connect an overpass bridge above Niagara Falls Blvd. and that extend west crossing Ellicott Creek Rd.
Dexter Terrace Elementary School at the corner of Dexter Terrace Rd. and Forbes Ave. 14150 is now called Northtowns Academy. The hill upon which the railroad tracks were laid behind fences just south of the playground associated with the school, has been flattened . I believe that the railroad tracks have been removed. Declining enrollment closed the school for many years. The St. Christopher's Church houses a school that served the community including religious instructions and church services. It was located just north of Ellicott Creek Rd. on Niagara falls Blvd. The Kenton School district also maintained schools. Dexter Terrace Elementary school was built established 1955. 1955 was chiseled into a cornerstone cinder block. Bill Ewert son of a librarian there who resided in 110 Forbes Ave. kicked my groin area as I delivered his family's Buffalo Evening News newspaper sometime during 1970s. My scrotum bled into my white underwear, although I did not report this attack against me. My testacies remained intact and the skin holding them healed with no permanent damages.

The policy stipulated that he needed to live a minimum of 3 years from the date that the policy started or the policy would not pay the beneficiary if he was to die in less than 3 years from the start date of the policy.
I hope thirst or water deprivation did not kill my father. He was prescribed medicine that he was swallowing maybe several times daily. Kenneth A. McKinney lived in apt. C, 2721 E. Willetta Street, Phoenix, AZ. 85008-4646. He was employed by Karsh's Bakery, Suite 16; 5555 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ. 85014. His manager was a woman. I paid a personal check to his landlady once and Kenneth also received many items or things of value from me with a promise from Ken that he would repay $ money to me. Mostly, over time, many , many years...Kenneth A. McKinney would receive in the mail, U.S.P.S. deliveries of many, many, cardboard boxes, used Feta Cheese boxes that I would take home with my pay as a Dishwasher/Prep cook, originally delivered to Mykonos Restaurant, 516 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, N.Y. 14222 from , I believe, Rochester Meat Company. He signed a green card that was returned to me in the mail by the postal service. The boxes would each contain 9 cartons of cigarettes. I purchased the cigarettes from Smokin' Joes Tuscarora Indian Reservation on Saunders Settlement Rd. in Sanborn, N.Y. tax free. I stopped sending when President Obama signed legislation making it illegal to send untaxed cigarettes through the United States Postal Service. Kenneth A. McKinney told Judge Larkin in Court, only the three of us there, that he forgot to pay me the money that he owed to me. I received Judge Larkin's decision in the mail ruling in favor of the Defendant Kenneth A. McKinney. $$$$ I'll never see.
2011: Arizona Public Service, an electric utility company issued a refund check $191.86 that I mailed, having endorsed For Deposit Only to Kathleen Platek to a bank account number in HSBC that had been closed or the bank changed names or was sold. I contacted
aps@aps.com . My Arizona Public Service account number ended in the numbers ****96284. On or about the date: 4/17/2017 , the bank used by A.P.S. , Chase bank, claims that because of time limitations it shall not issue a replacement check. I lose my refund amount of $191.86.

Behavioral Hospital I was released August 8, 2011, returned to apt. 155 where I account and notice that some of my personal property is missing. I was asked to leave the premises by Celtic Property Management/Coral Gardens Apts. manager Renee Heinz despite rent having already been paid by myself renting apt. 155 through September 30, 2011. The electricity thermostat was damaged and malfunctioning noticed August 8, 2011. I complained to the manager of the 'Rent-A-Center'. The manager said that his store refuses to service 3230 E. Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, AZ. 85008 because it is inhabited by criminals. He , after several unsuccessful attempts by myself to collect a refund, did refund the sale amount of the laptop computer except for the amount of the sales tax that he also collected. I am owed a sales tax refund as well because no sale occurred.
