ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ABSCENCE SIGNED PERMISSION

  How may I examine the signature of my parent(s) on the corresponding excuse that was generated by my absence from first grade class, teacher  Mrs. Krawczak, in principal Dr. Kuhn's Dexter Terrace Elementary school, corner Forbes Ave., 14150,sometime about Wednesday, March 10, 1971? Specifically, Friday, March 12- Tuesday, March 16, 1971, and maybe more days during or after those dates. The misdiagnosis should have resulted in a civil claim against Dr. Howard C. Lehman if not assault charges against the surgeons/doctors whom he allegedly employed. His signature appeared on the two page operative record Deaconess Hospital case number 02867 lower left above the Referred by line. Why were no 'endangering the welfare of a child ' charges never considered or called in? I'm not worth it is the answer, correct? The evening before surgery, pills or tablets were given to the child patient and he was told to swallow with a drink of water. The names of those drugs/tablets went undisclosed on the two page operative report. Excuse would claim unnecessary experimentation, right?
    Our family of 7 lived at 53 Leawood Drive, a walking distance to Dexter Terrace Elementary School. Declining enrollment forced the school to close. The new name now for that school is maybe Northtowns Academy built 1955- on cornerstone brick or cinder block.
  I threw a stone or a rock standing by David Philips on Leawood Drive, 14150. The timeframe was close to either before or after Friday, March 12, 1971. The stone struck a passenger front seat window. I ran away. I believe the owner and driver of the sedan lived westward on Leawood Drive, 14150, near the corner of Forbes Ave.

      I have been told that parental excuses for absences are destroyed after 30 days, no longer held by school authorities.
        Jack Kemp, former Congressman of Hamburg, N.Y.  was seen fighting by me inside Sweet Home High School sometime frame between 1978-1981, 1901 Sweet Home Rd., Amherst, N.Y. 14228. He was neither a teacher, employee, nor student but somehow received clearance to fight/assault someone inside a ground floor hallway. I eye witnessed the attack , fisticuffs or punches hits by Mr. Jack Kemp. Jack Kemp, born 1936 died 2009, 1936-2009.   Jack Kemp died in the state of MD. -diagnosed with cancer.

   Four years ago, maybe 2013, 1001 Humboldt Pkwy., Buffalo, N.Y. 14208- Deaconess Center was destroyed, demolished, grass where a rear parking lot served patients' families, drivers of sedans to transport children. Since mom admitted me Friday, March 12, 1971, I underwent the knife Monday, March 15, 1971, told to be discharged Tuesday, the 16th.  About 1500 hours, Tuesday, March 16, 1971 ( 7 in sedan ), brother Kevin born 12-14-1970, in mom's lap, on  a front passenger seat, 3 months old, Dad in driver's seat arriving to meet me on the inside and escort me walking to the parked sedan, Katy, Kathy, and Jim in the back seat of the sedan, to carry me away towards homeward to 53 Leawood Drive, 14150, having been discharged , the operative record case 02867 rubber stamped 'EMERGENCY' , as seen later many years. If  March 12- March 16, 1970, a correction applied to the operative record ' minus one year', 1971-1= 1970, I was a Kindergartener then March 16, 1970, zip code 14150 ( 6 in sedan ) March 16, 1970, whereas the hospital was entered by my family visitors to transport/accompany me home and I remember yelling at a nurse inside , "you're mean!!" with mom and dad there in a hallway probably ground level, with a brother and 2 sisters, I was oldest, Kate, Kathy, Jim, & while the youngest, Kevin, not born until 12-14-1970.

There were incorrect pre and post operative diagnosis as well, spelled out with two signatures at the bottom of one of the two pages as seen later.
  Police '911' should have been called to arrest/report the abdominal assault criminally invasive unnecessary, fraudulent with blood lost/endangering the welfare of a child/ tablets or drugs administered/anesthesia as well???
                                                    Medical books credit a man surname of  McBurney < 1900 pioneered in the medical invasive surgical procedure "appendectomy". Boyle was the name of the main credited with discovering anesthesia, I believe of Irish heritage. Used in Boston maybe first. Monitoring of patient to determine severity or mildness of abdominal discomfort, or to determine if the discomfort is only temporary and shall go away naturally without human intervention,  is needed. Not all gastrointestinal pain or stomach aches require an appendicitis diagnosis, or cause the appendix to burst. Blood test? Radiation? I remember listening to WBEN AM 930 radio Brian Higgins congressman talking as a caller to a female commentator ( physician ) who said on air that the quick knife was called upon during hospitalized abdominal discomfort in other words if there was the possibility of appendicitis, then surgery was done knowing that probably mostly the surgery was unnecessary. that was the case # 02867 inpatient Robert T. O'Brien d.o.b. 06/21/1964 except that whomever photocopied to microfilm in buffalo G.H. the 2 pg. op rec included the words; post operative diagnosis: appendicitis. The surgeon did not admit on the operative record that the appendix was not inflamed nor say that the patient should have been discharged or questioned pre op are you in any pain? I would have said that I feel fine and that I do not know why I'm here my mother abandoned me. MY FATHER, James M. O'Brien d.o.b. 4/12/1933,  reappeared Tuesday , March 16, 1971 in his sedan I believe a Chevy Nova with 5 others in parking lot 1001 Humboldt Parkway, city of Buffalo, N.Y. 14208. I was carried homebound to 53 Leawood Drive, Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150 in his sedan. My father did not want to move to 53 Leawood Drive from the previous residence on Duluth Ave., Kenmore, N.Y. after Katy was born 02/09/1966. He said that we could not afford to live there. My mom, Ruth O'Brien, d.o.b. 02/28/1940, did want to move from the Duluth Ave. family of 4, to 53 Leawood Drive. 3 more children afterwards.

                           A police officer's hold or officer's holdings sometimes called an arrest is physical in nature. Sometimes a brother is employed in a hospital related to the police officer. athletes are engaged in physically demanding activities. Assaults to the body exclusive to the brain are physical. There are hospitals built for physical ailments found in children such as diabetes, Craves Disease, Graves Disease, cancer, heart disease, etc. regardless of whose at fault or the cause of the child's ailment including malpractice. Some children are sick but undiagnosed for better or worse. Meghan Skipper of Sherwin Ave. 14150 died in a hospital diagnosed with cancer 1970s. Quality of Care factors are considered or should be as well as placement upon discharge, what catchment area? If services are needed where deserves to provide those services? The same people responsible for causing the disability, the majority, they'll decide that. If I sound bad, a terrible voice , it changed deeper permanently after surgery. My voice was not like this when I began speaking prior to Kindergarten. Voice was higher pitched. A combination of chromic suture counterfeit & fraudulent used in tying severed leftover partial appendix stub and bad water drank by me maybe inside operating room deepened my voice heard first  afternoon, Monday , March 15, 1971. Some children are sick, diagnosed unfairly and his guardians are not being paid S.S.I. > 1974 for the disability. Just like some directions are one way only. The Earth circumvents the Sun in one direction not stopping and reversing its elliptical orbit. Upon admission to a facility as a child, that new child occupant regardless of who pays for the care cannot undue his status. He was there. Some places rain or freezing temperatures outdoors, and carbon monoxide leaks. Children require services more than produce services, closer to a minus rather than a plus. The Irish People simply lost too many people. There enemies outnumber them. Like on a chessboard, once a minority is established and outranked, the outranked side always loses the war. I regret not asking a shoe size or a sneaker size of a child I passed walking on a sidewalk in zip code 85008. I was returning  from 2721 E. Willetta Street, apt. C, Phoenix, AZ. 85008 during a hot afternoon. The sidewalks are hot in Phoenix. The boy , maybe a six grader not in school was barefoot and begging me for something. I regret not dropping $ or asking his shoe size remembering or noting a street address number on a house.
