During hospitalization sometime after 06-29-2013, Robert O'Brien inpatient received an envelope from U.S.P.S, Kathleen Platek, about $20.00 - I believe a book of postage stamps and a prepaid phone card that was taken from me and thrown in the recycle bin behind the nurses' station by a female, white, middle aged nurse, never returned. Administrator, somebody else- paid , reimbursed me after I complained.

What about the ambulances that resemble vans? what about...--- VAN HALDOL, the Bob O'Brien story of how, after sunrise, about August 19th, afternoon, 1983, almost 34 years ago, he was a pedestrian walking Dexter Terrace Rd., 14150, suddenly seated back seat of a Town of Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150 police cruiser, transferred to an ambulance on a Sheridan Drive vacant parking lot then transported to Erie County Medical Center, 462 Grider Street, city of Buffalo, N.Y. 14215. A phoned in complaint known only to me as someone other than my mother, was all that they needed. I don't know how the police knew that I had broken the window at 53 Leawood Drive, the Deed to the property was owned by Marine Midland Bank. The mental hygiene emergency room personnel used many syringes of specially treated glass holding 125 volume measurements of, squirted into wrists, liquid Haldol, as he laid secured in restraints, then two cuts one each per foot, two drops of blood. Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance discovered cut short his visit to eight days instead of eight months or 240 days. V111 sunrises passed , a Roman measure of time. My days were numbered. After many years of subscribing or paying into those policies, with Physician's Mutual Indemnity Insurance, I, Robert T. O'Brien, was denied insurance from Physician's Mutual Indemnity Health Insurance, probably because of my history of being hospitalized, including claims against Physician's Mutual by myself for being in a mental hospital or the psychiatric unit of a medical center. I was never treated for mental illness as a child, never hospitalized into a Children's Psychiatric facility such as Kedren Health-mental health care-adults & children. As mom bluntly said, that's a load of laundry , and another meal that she doesn't need to shop for and prepare, nor clean up after, somebody else shall be doing that. Sometime probably before 1975, I resided as a minor, or as a young child, on two different occasions, under the care of Karen Campanella, mom's half sister, first at a city of Warsaw, N.Y. apartment, and later, at a Big Tree Rd., East Aurora address. Karen Campanella, was married once to Paul Campanella, giving birth to Jason Paul Campanella during I believe May of 1978. My mother's father was Lloyd F. Overfield. My mother was born 02/28/1940, Ruth Overfield. She married James M. O'Brien probably sometime 1963. Ruth Overfield's half sister, Karen, and herself, shared the same mother, Katherine Truxis Overfield. Katherine Truxis Overfield remarried Anthony Paolini, resided in a house numbered on Claremont Ave., Kenmore, N.Y. Ruth Overfield's half sister, Karen, was fathered not by Lloyd Overfield, however, by Richard Walter Lehman. My mother's sister was Karen Lehman. Richard Walter Lehman's brother was Dr. Howard C. Lehman, N.Y. physician license number 044865, the subject of my registered complaints surrounding my abdominal surgery/assault Monday, 3/15/1971. There may have been resentment and bad blood concerning the adulterous affair that Richard Walter Lehman fathered Karen Lehman by Lloyd Overfield's wife, Katherine. Mercy was granted. In other words, I was spared further Haldol treatments, unneeded surgery, etc.? as a child, less than 7 but > six 1/2 year old , who was discharged into the care of guardians/parents at 53 Leawood Drive, 14150, March 16, 1971. The unnecessary, involuntary hospitalization , by way of not an ambulance, instead unconventionally or unorthodoxly courtesy of a car loaned to Robert's mother by a neighbor. I do not know the identities of the former occupants, before "the Larson family" moved into - 49 Leawood Drive, during 1969. After a telephone call to Howard Clifford Lehman, M.D. N.Y. Physican's license 044865 - March 10, 1971, by Ruth O'Brien from landline 7166952521, and then the travel to/admission into 1001 Humboldt Parkway, 14208, previous admission at birth, June 21, 1964, 5 29 hours, Albert Walter, M.D. , attending physician, charged $1,000.00, payment made to Dr. Walter, I was told by someone was deceased prior to 3-12-1971, on account of James & Ruth O'Brien, joint Checking account customers of Marine Midland bank. As many say," I was admitted ", including nurses , health care degree holders. Robert lacked any abdominal complaints-no stomach pain- therefore rightfully known as abdominal assault by surgeon(s) March 12-'15', 1971. I missed four sunrises that I may have seen outdoors but couldn't, however, because of hospital confinement, the numbered sunrises known as 13, 14, 15, & 16, the numbers of that March's maximum of 31 sunrises. I believe the mayor of Buffalo was Makowski while Nixon was in Washington as the President of the U.S. Instead of being transferred to a Buffalo area Children's Psychiatric Center such as West Seneca Developmental Center or other Child - Care Agency possibly resulting in or allowing a qualification for Supplemental Security Income payments ( social security number established during one trip away from home ) that become payable/made: to the parents/guardians of disabled children as signed into law by President Richard Nixon during 1974 if the disabled child is prescribed by a doctor, a tablet or pill minimum- some drug such as the antipsychotic medicine Haldol? Some people must have lost money on me!! Brace, Mueller, Huntley Inc. , noted as :" Insurance" upon the operative record, two pages, case 02867, Steel Co., Dad's ( salesman, James M. O'Brien ) employer as noted upon case 02867, pre-operative diagnosis (wrongfully noted as appendicitis ) Operative Record case 02867 Deaconess Hospital, Robert O'Brien, previous admission at birth 06-21-1964, went out of business according to mom, Ruth Overfield O'Brien, date -of-birth- 02-28-1940, soon after March of 1971. Maybe the cost of the admission of this child was expensive or my discharge a free boy, property although not a slave, as is unregulated by New York State, was paid for by Brace-Mueller-Huntley, Inc. in a cash payment to/ delivery to/ Deaconess Hospital/ care of Dr. Lehman, Dr. Eckhert, Sr., or someone else, preventing further child abuse. I eye witnessed daily deliveries to Children's Hospital , city of Buffalo, a bonded delivery of cash from Marine Midland Bank then H.S.B.C. bank office or branch located corner of W. Utica Street & Elmwood Ave., 14222. Children consume services exclusively. We all were children before adulthood. Although Dad left Brace-Mueller-Huntley before it folded, finding employment with August Feine Steel, again as a stainless steel salesman, the payment, if any actually occurred-probably did from ?? was never revealed to me. I never did qualify as disabled as a child nor were S.S.I. payments after 1974 ( disabled children's parents became eligible during 1974 ) ever made to either of my parents. I qualified 03-05-1986 as an adult tenant of Transitional Services, Inc. in Buffalo, N.Y. while diagnosed as a mentally ill adult, for a small S.S.I. check & a small Social Security Disability check nothing noted about hospitalization March 12-16, 1971!! Room mate Aaron Prentice was stealing my clean underwear as a client - tenant in a Main Street , city of Buffalo, N.Y. apartment complex , high rent payable to the order of Transitional Services, Inc. Unwanted appointments or services from physicians, dentists, and psychiatrists were met and were required and mandated as well as their orders followed to the letter without exception. After hospitalizations in their hospitals, I was criticized sarcastically by doctors who would say to me , "Can't you stay out of the hospital" -Dr. Paolini said to me. I never was in California as a child. However, I never was hospitalized for a mental illness into West Seneca Children's Psychiatric Center near Buffalo, N.Y. although I probably met the criterion of a mentally ill child whom the authorities neglected to treat as mentally ill because a possible investigation may have uncovered liability against prior health - care providers. people who type the medical reports are the same people guilty of those unreported crimes that won't appear there because Word would incriminate therein those authors, thus the term doctoring the notes, the statements on paper, in plain English, not Latin. During a subsequent hospitalization, inpatient again Robert O'Brien, same hospital, the Erie County Medical Center was robbed of cash in his pocket by male nurse/orderly , Juan ? Robert complained and probably there was a report by hospital security made, however, the funds were not returned. Upon and after release from the hospital, Robert T. O'Brien, pro se or for/by himself, bussed to downtown Buffalo to purchase a blank Notice of Intent to file Claim paper-$5-, I eventually stood in line to pay a jury fee& judicial intervention fee, and settled out of court with a hospital representative/attorney, losing money due to the costs associated with the action , the claim against Erie County Medical Center Dept . of Psychiatry.
