   Wonderful to receive this email. I'm sending information regarding surgical gut chromic suture, trade brand name 'ethicon' , to Food & Drug Admin. and Johnson and Johnson Medical Supplies, as well as other dealers in medical supplies- surgical gut chromic suture, address found in internet google search. I write, "Should '911' be called after blood loss from the unnecessary and or fraudulent installation of surgical gut chromic suture, i.e. as occurs in abdominal assault crime victims". Nearby city of Paramount, just several miles south of Pico Rivera, harbors many businesses that give off gaseous Chromium 6 or hexavalent Chromium emissions from their factories, known carcinogens, as reported I believe in late 2016 Los Angeles Times article, available online. I am trying to determine where the "Ethicon" or surgical gut chromic suture is manufactured, noting what I've learned from 'YouTube videos' that the scale goes from 1-6, where '6' is the highest diameter thread surgical gut chromic suture , or strongest, and I believe '1' is the smallest diameter of the thread or weakest. On my operative record, 3-12-1971  --  3-16-1971, city of Buffalo, "heavy tie chromio" were the words I remember reading. Johnson and Johnson manufacturing centers ( as parent company of ) -- Ethicon, Inc. -San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico; San Angelo, Texas; Somerville, N.J.; Raleigh, N.C.; Cornelia, GA. are the noted U.S. based companies that I believe may manufacture brand name Ethicon, also known as surgical gut chromic suture, although I have been unable to obtain a more specific address, no known street address of the plant or factory that manufactures surgical gut chromic suture, Johnson and Johnson maintains an online form to SUBMIT complaints. There are counterfeits according to Johnson & Johnson. From YouTube tutorials, I have learned that surgical gut chromic suture is either absorbed or nonabsorbed meaning it dissolves or doesn't dissolve, I'm learning. I encourage the viewing of those YouTube videos - just type in search box-"surgical gut chromic suture".     The U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services does not recognize as disabilities due compensation or funding to neither health care providers  nor victims/clients, whether needed or unneeded, and or affecting ability to learn become employed...invasive procedures that appropriately should be called abdominal assault with a knife, a.k.a. appendectomies, hernias, gall stone removal, etc. patients/clients usually diagnosed afterwards - post surgery-  as mentally ill.   The U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services the Social Security Administration will fund a psychiatrist and his patient subject to reviews and prescription drug taking/monitoring  with no limits on the number of different medications prescribed nor limits on the amount in each dose, some injected using a syringe. Police directed hospitalizations : the police do have the law on their side to involuntarily hospitalize a person, restraining him, with or without an ambulance,  whereas on arrival the drug - dealer state licensed psychiatrist tries to finish him off by usually ordering psychiatric emergency room nurses to inject Haloperidol or brand name liquid Haldol usually into wrists of client/victim. Psychiatrist Dr. Jong Sung Lee N.Y. physician license number 110219 orders massive doses of Haldol injections into Robert O'Brien's wrist which two or three female nurses oblige or follow his orders as well as removing Robert O'Brien's sneakers and pants and shirt. Clothes stripped -  his shirt and jeans pulled  off  and his pair of sneakers ripped off his feet. Several syringes were used, maybe 3 or 4. While Robert O'Brien was left alone or unattended, a man, possibly a doctor, entered the room where Robert O'Brien was tied to a cot on wheels, I believe, and picked up each of his feet, one at a time, and turned a metal key above each heel, drawing drops of blood from the two wounds, one wound per foot. My sister, Kathryn Ruth O'Brien, also known as, Katy, photographed wounds caused by metal key. I complained in writing, mailing photographs of wounds to a N.Y. state Quality of care for the mentally disabled address. There was an investigator who made one trip to E.C.M.C.  who examined the books for the date and time of my admission as an involuntary psychiatric patient who responded in a letter to me that I read and did in a later envelope ask for the return of my photographs that I had mailed to you, enclose the several 5X3 photographs of my wounds. The investigator reported to me that the mental health emergency worker(s) did not include in their report of my admission to the psychiatric hospital emergency room and then fourth floor seclusion room locked room, any notes of wounds inflicted to the backs of my feet. Again, no information was provided as to whom had access to my tied down body nor was any notes made of round red sores caused by a turned metallic key, as I had complained about in writing and that sister Kate had photographed the wounds and that I had enclosed in a mailed-received envelope. No camera surveillance was noted.
                             Regarding James Cahill of Buffalo, N.Y.  ( west side )  1990- ?... greetings to & from, as I came and went curbside at 522 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, N.Y. 14222. James Cahill, probably 54 years old, was diagnosed with diabetes who injected Insulin into his body daily. He was standing next to a woman in front of "The Elmwood Lounge Restaurant Bar", owner of the business, telephone 716-882-5881, Mr. John Gikas, as I dropped black, plastic, garbage bags from 516 Elmwood Ave. , 14222, as instructed by the former " Mykonos Restaurant" owner of business Mr. George Klentos who rented from a Rochester, N.Y. landlord. A waitress named Debbie told me when I asked about George that he died diagnosed with cancer. Jim Cahill nodded affirmatively as I may have said, "still on the west side?" Georges' nephew, Tim Klentos now manages and runs/works for the business. I may have mentioned to Jim Cahill , "$2.50 per hour cash" is what I am paid for my employment in Mykonos Restaurant meaning that when my time is not otherwise structured usually unwanted- supervision structured, including Fluphenazine injections, 100 mg. hypodermic syringe injection into my buttocks every two weeks, I am there. Mykonos Restaurant moved to 510 Elmwood Ave., 14222, and was renamed 'Mythos Restaurant'. There was a civil action carried out against me by police in which I was hospitalized for mental hygiene problems, about August 18-26, 1983. O'Brien's employer, August Feine Steel company, paid the hospital bill that was more than $8,000.  Dr. Wonsoon Park, a psychiatrist from Korea, was employed by Boulevard Counseling Center.    I arrive home after adult day treatment mental health attendance mandated 9:00 - 14:00  hours Monday- Friday in 1300 Niagara Street, Buffalo, N.Y. 14213 about 15 00 hours. I was neither studying computers nor did I maintain an email address nor know what an internet search was nor information/data files in a contacts list! I was reading material outside the realm of information technology or, in other words,  I was  neglecting to learn how to operate a computer which is different from programming software user friendly a must for people like me, borderline learning disabled. Fluphenazine injections , 100 liquid volume measurement through a disposable glass syringe, as ordered by a NY licensed psychiatrist such as Ms. Hernandez, M.D. was carried out into my right buttocks every other week by way of the labors of a registered nurse. The fact that my history included admissions to a psychiatric facility , a hospital, mandated outpatient medication enforcement. Employment, my best years as a young adult, as well as learning/education, were severely and negatively impacted. I was not taught inside Northwest Community Mental Health Center . Group therapy consisted of maybe three daily 45 minute sessions, that were repeated weekly. Meaning that Monday's 9 00- 9 45 group on personal hygiene is the same group the other 51 Mondays throughout the year, year after year. Knowledge is shared by the group leader, an employee/counselor, in which the importance of brushing teeth with toothpaste and hand washing with soap and running water, as well as showering and wearing clean, laundered clothing is spoken to the 5 or 6 clients/commuters to the facility, upstairs 'Adult Day Treatment', downstairs, 'Continuing Treatment'. Prisoners on death row say they missed the benefit of a Psychiatric Voluntary/Involuntary evaluation prior to their commission of their punishable offenses. I know personally many clients , outpatients who were  medicated, who died, who were told where to live, where to go, what to eat, supervised with the benefit of  a mental disease diagnosis, a civil action brought against them by the authorities. Some people consider Christ a crazy man just like time is misunderstood, not held nor seized . Nobody goes into time.
                      Mr. James Cahill counseled me inside Boulevard Counseling Center, 1370 Niagara Falls Blvd. , corner of Brighton Rd., Town of Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150. The years were 1983, after August , - August 1985. the psychiatrist was a Korean doctor, Dr.  Wonsoon Park, by your other side of door farther from the exit. I felt terrible but somehow by drinking a pot of caffeinated coffee I was ready to be employed usually in a restaurant. Cavalier Restaurant i.e. DeLuca Enterprises  kept me busy and sleeping well until January of 1986. Philanthropy motivated me to clean, bus tables, prep cook-peal potatoes, grind potatoes for home fries, operate a dish cleaning machine. You said, "working".  Mr. Cahill, probably 54 years old, diagnosed with diabetes, who told me that he injected insulin into his body daily. He added words to the effect, 1983-1984, that I, Robert O'Brien, needed medicine as prescribed by a psychiatrist for the rest of my life. My need for those drugs, quoting Mr. James Cahill, exactly the same as Mr. Cahill's need for insulin. In other words, without Haldol I would die. Mr. Cahill encouraged me to begin smoking cigarettes which I did not attempt a drag on until offered as an inpatient 400 Forest Ave., 14213, 5 daily Pyramid cigarettes as handed out to all inpatients in Strozzi Bldg. Mr. Cahill said, what do cigarettes cost, $1.00 per pack? Mr. Cahill remarked that he was of Irish descent or makeup D.N.A.
     I neither patronize doctors nor pharmaceuticals. I remember January, 1993, you walked into 516 Elmwood Ave., said hello to the Greek cook, Nick Karrianis, dicing tomatoes for salads, and maybe noticed me peeling boiled potatoes for home fries. You said, "patronizing the Greek Restaurant". You ate there after receiving service and paid your bill. I was able to obtain your work telephone number. You asked me to pay $1.00 per day for day treatment attendance/ services. You said, " I only counsel children now. " However, I remember being released/let go by McDonald's Restaurant across the boulevard near corner of Maple Rd. You telephoned James Melvin O'Brien, my half brother ( we shared same father-different mothers ) at 716-695-2521 who traveled by sedan with myself in passenger seat, under your orders transporting me to 336 Forest Ave., Buffalo, N.Y. 14213, i.e. Emergency Hostel Service Transitional Services, Inc.  Chief Executive Ehor Zankiw, a crowded rooming house, March 22, 1984- April 12, 1984. I was forced to take drugs and commute by metro bus to Boulevard Counseling Center. I wrote a Marine Midland Bank personal check Parkview Plaza branch to Transitional Services, Inc  amounting to $803.14 to pay for the three week stay, March 22, 1984- April 12, 1984, April 12, 1985 after being employed for a period  in the then Cavalier Restaurant & Motor Lodge a.k.a. DeLuca Enterprises located adjacent to the Boulevard Mall, Amherst, N.Y. 14226.  I was arrested city of Buffalo, N.Y. 4-11-1984, attorney Bruce Kirby was paid $200 as well, I paid money to a woman who claimed unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was robbed of bags of groceries.
