  I was an abdominal assault crime victim via a surgeon's knife Friday, March 12- Tuesday, March 16, 1971. 9 00 Hours Monday, March 15, 1971 I lost the most blood! Weekends, he was away, or they were away. I lack abdomen. I was born June 21, 1964. Albert Eric Walter M.D. N.Y. physician License number 024160, date of licensure 06/27/1929, was the named attending physician at my 5 : 29 hours or AM birth. Named upon Acme Pet Food sponsored complimentary 5X3 card hospital record handed over with newborn same day of birth was Nurse Trudy , as well, a week later, after payment of $1,000.00 by named parents, James & Ruth O'Brien, to Albert E. Walter, M.D. , were names upon a second 8.5 X 11 document naming the birth of their son, Robert Thomas O'Brien 5:29 AM June 21st, 1964. I was circumcised shortly after birth same day. Some object was placed there and probably turned 360 degrees that cut and removed penal skin uncalled for by parents.
      A gas leak from a stove in the kitchen at 53 Leawood Drive, Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150 caused me to briefly pass out. I was fine. However, my mother telephoned Dr. Howard C. Lehman, N.Y. physician license #: 044865, died 12/01/2008, who told my mother to drive me to Deaconess Hospital of Buffalo, N.Y.  My mother borrowed a neighbor's car and had me admitted there 1001 Humboldt Pkwy. 14208. According to the two page operative record ( I have my suspicions on who typed this operative record, and then photocopied to microfilm ), Kenneth Howard Eckhert, Sr. M.D.  N.Y. 030423, and an assistant H. Bozier* operated on my lower right quadrant of my abdomen, leaving a cauterized or laser burned scar. Dr. Lehman and Eckhert, Sr. M.D.  were neighbors who resided on Renaissance Rd., of Clarence Center, N.Y. Taxes were/are high. The outer black, Nike sneaker lace appendectomy stitches were removed by someone who used the name ? Albert Walter, M.D. ? on a subsequent visit. I was given pills to swallow the evening before the surgery. I was thirsty but denied water. There was no intravenous support and I lost blood. Chromic suture worded as heavy tie chromio was used in tying, among others. Dr. Groh N.Y. phys. License 046060, died 03/23/2016 of South Wales, N.Y., was named as the anesthesiologist. I was allowed to brush my teeth moments before being put under.  To this day I maintain an undeveloped spine although 6'2" tall. I have a small waist and diminished capacity. Problems with an overbite necessitated the services of an orthodontist., Melvin Hamill, DDS., office- 2572 Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150, who fitted me with a mouthpiece to be worn when I wasn't talking and during sleep, which made breathing through my mouth impossible, Http;//www.locateadoc.com/melvin-hamill-dds/reviews. No permission paper was ever signed by my parent(s), making the surgery illegal.
I resent the fact that no medical malpractice claim was ever filed. When I turned 18 and graduated Sweet Home high School, June 1982, see www.classmates.com, too much time had passed to be able to legally file a Notice of Claim for monetary damages. Law books in N.Y. state read section 230(j)-time limitations, article 78-charges dismissed. My mother was/is a demanding woman and I am not surprised that I required psychiatric hospitalizations financed by the taxpayers.
