  I was a patient who received teeth straightening services from orthodontist Melvin Hamill in his Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150 office for many years. My mother, Ruth O'Brien of 53 Leawood Drive, Tonawanda, N.Y. 14150 drove me in her sedan to his office. Originally, impressions were taken. I suffered from malocclusion also known as an overbite. He fitted me with a device, a mouthpiece, to be worn when I was not speaking ( impossible to speak while inserted in mouth )  and during sleep. I was unable to breathe or exhale or inhale through my mouth while I wore this device during sleeping hours and other times during the day. After many years my teeth were corrected/straightened. However, my cardiovascular system suffered due to lack of air. I am small in the upper body or torso. My shortened spine is undeveloped or shriveled. I maintain a small waist and diminished capacity. My height is derived from my long legs. My mother paid cash to orthodontist Melvin Hamill after my appointments with him. The cause of my overbite, I believe, is the years earlier criminal abdominal assault affectionately called by surgeons- appendectomy. I was fine and I did not need or require surgery when I was six years old, was not experiencing stomach discomfort. No arrests were made .  Endangering the welfare of a child charges never filed. No complaints were made to the authorities.

                           My unnecessary/unwanted surgery never experienced stomach pain/no cramps of March 12-16, 1971...parents never signed a permission paper...I was a minor < 7 years old, see other attachment or word document. Robert T. O'Brien was the abdominal assault crime victim. The surgeon as named on the operative record, two pages reproduced from microfilm in Buffalo General Hospital, was Kenneth Howard Eckhert Sr. M.D. physician license number 030423 -N.Y.   He installed heavy tie chromic into my lower right quadrant of my abdomen in the operating room of Deaconess Hospital, 1001 Humboldt Pkwy., Buffalo, N.Y. 14208.  Unnecessary and or fraudulent installation of surgical gut chromic suture, probably no absorbed meaning it does not dissolve as soon or at all was a disservice , a criminal act that went unpunished. Blood was lost from my abdomen. There was no intravenous support. I had been denied water to drink before the surgery in the operating room although was allowed to brush my teeth with toothpaste and then to rinse with water. I had been given tablets to swallow the evening before the surgery by a white male nurse.

   My previous admission to Deaconess hospital was at birth 06/21/1964. Attending Physician, Albert Walter, M.D.  was paid $1,000.  Nurse Trudy was named on 3X5 complimentary hospital birth record card. ??Circumcised, something turned 360 degrees, removing skin, cutting skin leaving a ring around my penis...unwanted as well...released same day, otherwise healthy.
  If I was to summarize or give my writing a name, it may be---"I'm A Loser." I was victimized too much  -actions done to me in the name or misnomer of health-care .
